Responsibilities for the job :- - Prepare and review tax calculations, estimate &amp; report accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms - Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company on timely basis - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate income tax and GST returns - Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters - Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Company and represent the Company before various tax authorities. - Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally - Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters of the Company - Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally - Assist and guide in obtaining approval &amp; registration under various tax regulations - Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations Eligibility Criteria for the Job : Education: - CA or other equally relevant professional qualification towards job fit. Work Experience : - 10+years of experience with 5years of relevant experience. Stakeholders handling experience. Experience in BFSI / service sector preferred. Management Skills: - Good drafting and presentation skills, leadership qualities, analytical abilities, team management skills. Soft Skills: - Well read, solutions provider, technically sound for practical tax clause application, seamless switch team lead and team member as per organisational objective.
