Job Description :
1) Keep exploring and providing insights on emerging technology and business models and trends in-line with the organization's business objectives while emphasizing the cost and benefit.
2) Support the CIO (Chief Innovation Officer) in networking with prospective service partners, especially, the new-age unicorns.
3) Define and implement, in conjunction with the CIO, the direction of the overall digital strategy for the Organization.
4) Responsible for periodic consultation with HODs in identifying and prioritizing gaps & improvement areas in the digital ecosystem, collect business requirements and take sign-off for managing new projects / initiatives - in coordination with the IT team.
5) Work with the CIO in coordinating and managing the annual digital delivery calendar, Roadmap and OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures).
6) Work with IT team to regularly monitor and review performance of various Agencies and Internal Business Users against SLAs.
7) Ensure best practices and processes across the organization for consistent delivery of digital projects.
8) Responsible for Project Delivery reporting to CIO, Leadership Team, Product Owners and other key stakeholders.
9) The DTM will have a proven track record of successfully creating and implementing a digital change agenda as well as experience in designing digital products and services that solve both conventional and complex business solutions.
10) The successful DTM will have deep expertise in delivering digital projects using Agile methodology and will need to have superb interpersonal skills, experience in leading an innovative team and have a passion for forward thinking digital transformation.
