Function : General

Qualification : MBA/ PG Diploma Holder in Sales & Marketing from B School / reputed institute.

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Preferred Industry : FMCG, FMCD, Dairy, Retail, and Food & Beverage.

JOB SUMMARY :

Support to COO in Business Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Growth & Change Management, Budgeting, Valuation, MIS & Dashboards for decision making to meet organization mid-to-long-term strategy and planning process using agile techniques and strategies.

KEY RESULT AREAS :

Business Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze industry trends (all departments) and market changes by performing market research through business intelligence and valuations.

- Conduct Performance Analysis of Industry Peers and New Business Opportunities.

- Create informative, actionable inputs and reporting relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement to provide key inputs to management.

- Conduct insightful, analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, any deviations on Budget Vs. Actual.

- Analyze dashboard & FIORI apps, progress by tracking activities; publishing progress reports; recommending actions basing on the approved plans.

- Screen, analyze, and help execute new investment & acquisition opportunities.

- Lead the building of complex financial models related to M&A valuation and business economics.

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.

- Analyze opportunities and assess market forces impacting our organization's growth strategy

- Develop strategic recommendations using intelligence to achieve & sustain market leadership

- Lead and participate in strategic initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, leading and executing strategy projects

- Preparing dashboards, presentations for the Senior Management
