Senior Manager - Sales West Region - Ensure that World-wide promotions &amp; Local promotions are up-to-date, accurate and clear and distributed in a timely manner to the distributor network through a variety of communication channels such as fax, e-mail stream, voice messaging, internet websites, display in DC, Mailing etc - Ensure that distributors are recognized for their efforts and use Recognition to propel their business growth as well as congratulating them on stepping up to the next level in East region. - Analyze sales and business trends and liaise closely with local Top Distributors and Team members to keep abreast of trends and changes in the market place. - To discuss every month with the TAB team distributors on their business and plan for the region activities ( Road shows, STS, Supervisor Workshop, Nutrition club Trainings etc ). - Ensure that all Promotions be a part of the Briefing Manual/Speaker's package at Events - Conduct regular conference calls with the distributors in the region to motivate them and also to ensure that the distributors have all the details of various promotions of the company. - To understand the Sales &amp; Marketing plan and should be able to teach the Staff and able to resolve sales &amp; Marketing related questions. - To identify new potential cities for business and start activities with the support the region distributor leadership. (Activities in New city like - Mega HOM's, System set up in those cities - like weekly HOM, Weekly Road shows, STS Success Training Seminar's). Event Management : - Negotiate with travel agents on packaging itineraries for distributor's flights and accommodation for incentive trips and events Plan, implement and follow-up on local events to motivate, train and inspire local distributors and support them in increasing their momentum and business growth. - Perform Event budgeting/costing and ticket sales analysis for the region. - Coordinate with Other regions to get Good Distributor leaders to be Speakers in the region distributor training meetings. Recognition : - Manage and supervise coordination of awards ranging from Supervisors, World Team, GET Team, Millionaire Team and President's Team. Other special recognition based on local incentives and promotions. - Ensure that there is a good range of flyers and other information materials displayed in a way to attract attention. Displays need to be constantly changed and updated to keep the interest of distributors - Ensure the all the distributors who qualify for various levels are recognized in the local events and also by the Staff members of the region. - Attend weekly Sales Meeting to share key activities of sales in the Region &amp; get updated information and discuss the same with the staff team. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Directly supervise and provide leadership to Sales Officers in the region ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS : - Interacts with all levels throughout organization locally and internationally, including close contact with Distributors and vendors Desired Profile : - Graduate/PG or equivalent - 12+ years- experience with at least 3 years in a management position corporate events, sales incentive planning and/or corporate communications systems - Position requires the candidate to lead, direct and manage a sales support team - Position requires a hands-on individual with excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and human relations skills. Ongoing liaison and sales development of independent distributors will be a key function - He/she will also be required to develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives - Have an understanding of the principals of time management and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills - Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism - Must be able to Travel
