Herbal Chakra - Financial Controller

Responsibilities :

- Monitoring complete Accounting work including banking work,

- Monitoring Statutory Compliance (Timely deduction/collection, deposit of TDS, TCS including submission of Returns)

- Monitoring GST Compliance (Compilation, reconciliation, deposit of GST including availing Credit and submission of monthly Returns),

- Generation of monthly MIS (Budget vs Actual and analysis of variances),

- Costing including preparation of Product Cost Sheet, Working of Product Cost and Analysis of Budget vs Actuals, Preparation of Monthly/Annual Budget and variance Analysis

- Overseeing stock reporting and inventory management across different sales channels

- Co-ordination with other departments (Purchase, Stores and Marketing),

- Audit (Internal & External) including Tax Audit, GST Audit, filing of Annual return of GST and Income tax

- Finalization of Books of Accounts including preparation of Balance sheets.

- Monitoring the work of the Foreign Branches/subsidiaries and Annual Compliance to the RBI and other Govt. department.

Eligibility and qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce sector on the same position

- Well-versed with working on Tally and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

- Experience in tracking and managing different sales channels - offline and online

- Smart, dynamic, energetic and result-oriented personality

- Excellent communication skills to present financial reports in meetings
