HFC is a 10 month old startup with a team size of 50+ and 2 offices based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description : Business Development Manager

HFC provides blue collared workforce such as cook, driver, housekeeping, nurse, etc to household and businesses across India. We have prepared our own in-house database of such candidates.

Job Role :

- Managing the complete sales and marketing division.

- Managing 25+ team of customer care executive, Team Leader, Field Manager, etc.

- Liasoning with corporate clients.

- Managing the media campaign which includes OOH, TVC, Radio, Print.
