1. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.

- Conduct data driven analysis

2. Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS frameworks to facilitate efficient data management and reporting.

- Design and implement automated processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of MIS reports to support operational and strategic objectives

3. Reporting:

- Generate periodic financial reports & dashboards.

- Customize reporting templates and formats to meet specific business requirements.

- Continuously enhance reporting capabilities by leveraging new technologies and best practices

4. Software Proficiency:

- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing new-age software tools for financial analysis, reporting, and presentation development

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with finance teams, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of financial analysis and reporting initiatives with the CFO's strategic objectives.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, insights, and innovative solutions with colleagues, under the mentorship of the CFO.
