Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. - Reporting to Finance controller and provide advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted - Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. - Developing long-term business plans based on these reports - Work out the profitability analysis, channel wise, product wise &amp; month wise as per the requirement. - Review, monitor and manage the budgets - Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk - Analysing market trends and competitors - MIS reporting and management of decks - Liasoning with internal and external auditors for conducting audits - Liasoning with external consultants to ensure all compliances of the company are in place - Ensuring the cost components being charged by the marketplaces are correct as per the agreed SLA - Supporting finance team by proactively taking responsibility at the time of each month end with respect to invoicing, bank journals, purchase bookings, preparation of final workings for TDS/ GST - Ensuring books of accounts are maintained in compliance of IndAS and all cost sits in correct cost center and correct ledger - Calculating various financial ratios of the business to present the business performance Required Skills : - Experience in handling investors queries and support the finance head and management on various adhoc reports required on continuous basis - Sound knowledge of accounting and Ind AS, AR, AP, ledger review expense analysis and ledger scrutiny, balance sheet and P&amp;L review - Hands on experience with MS Excel (advance excel preferred) and MS Power point - Basic knowledge of direct and indirect taxes (Income Taxes, TDS, GST) - Hands on experience in tally ERP 9 - Strong communication skills - Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop working relationships - Ability to work in time constraints &amp; meet deadlines. - Detail orientated person with a zeal to work in a fast-paced environment and a high growth startup culture.
