Hector Beverages - Training Manager

We're Paper Boat: maker of authentic Indian drinks, purveyor of the good ol' days. Things are heating up fast in our neck of the woods, so we're looking for a Human Resource Manager, who's more like an agent of learning. A person who recognizes the lessons that come from being a young business, and can champion and charge these lessons into the system.

This Bangalore-based role is indeed an important one, and will require reporting directly to the CEO.

We're basically looking for someone who -

- Loves a laugh, is good natured, and even better at conversation; somebody who thinks making friends is a solid perk of the job

- Has worked about 1 year in HR

- Regards HR as a serious career path

- Is digitally comfortable, and can ably put technology to work for him/her

- Is a thinker-on-the-spot, and a finisher of things

- Is excited by, and wants to genuinely contribute to, a brand that wants to change the very landscape of beverages in the country.
