Hector Beverages - Supply Chain Manager

Primary Objective:

Direct processes of procurement, production, inventory control and distribution, Manage both forward and backward supply

Job Responsibilities:

- Convert Monthly Sales plan into weekly Production plan and get it approved by Manufacturing Head.

- Prepare weekly procurement plan and send requests for raising purchase orders.

- Ensure timely product availability to support business plans

- Ensure proper inventory levels of raw material at manufacturing plant.

- Ensure proper inventory levels of finished goods across the organization right from the factories to the CFAs / Company owned depots.

- Ensure Zero Backorders and sale loss.

- Ensure Zero production loss.

- Reduce inventory holding cost.

- Developing alternate vendors.

- Custodian of transportation budgets.

- Responsible for improving supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent operation management and automization.

Other Skills:

- Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning.

- Accuracy with attention to detail

- Proactive approach

- Strong follow up skills with vendors and with internal stakeholders

- Proficient user of MS Office, Excel

- Ability to collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and cross functional teams

- Experience of Microsoft Navision/Planning systems
