Job Title : Sales Manager
Position reports to : VP- Sales
Department : Sales
Primary Objective:
To create and run a team of efficient distribution in a city as per business plan drawn in the beginning of the year.
To identify key channel for sales and ensuring effective distribution in those channels through a team of Sales Executives.
To run direct distribution depots controlling costs, ensuring cash management systems, stock planning and stock rotation as per norms.
To deliver budgeted revenue and bottom line.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct Depot Management
- Sales Executive training on channel management
- Getting key customers for our products
- Effective launch of new products in market
- Ensuring sales process is followed by every team member
- Recruiting and Managing Team
- Effectively using data (Bizom/ERP) for customer growth planning, customer relationship evaluation and team management.
- General Management of local regulatory needs supported through corporate Legal Manager
- Stock planning
- Sales Growth
- Ensuring same customer growth
- New product introduction
- Getting more shelf space / attention of consumers
- Getting execution right through the team as per standards fixed
Educational Qualifications: MBA from premier institute
Experience: FMCG experience not necessary. Fresher may apply.
Other Skills:
- Advanced Knowledge of excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables) etc
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
