Qualification: - MBA/Masters in Engineering - 5-7 years of experience in Product Management - Experience in Equity Markets products and brokerage operations will be considered as a plus - Strong knowledge of wire-framing - Strong problem solving skills - Experience with UX will be a plus - Experience as trader is a plus Skills: - Highly motivated, self-starter - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to learn complex procedures/ tasks quickly - Basic excel skills are a must - Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
