About the role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Leader to spearhead the launch of a new brand for Heavenly Secrets Pvt. Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a brand from the ground up, shaping its identity, and driving successful market entry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire brand launch, from concept development and brand strategy to execution and go- to-market initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand target audience needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Develop a compelling brand story, voice, and visual identity that resonates with the target audience.
- Oversee the creation of all brand assets, including packaging design, marketing materials, and communication strategies.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
- Manage and collaborate with the in-house Marketing, NPD, E-Commerce and D2C teams at Pilgrim.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand awareness, engagement, and sales success.
- Analyze launch performance and adapt strategies as needed to ensure ongoing brand growth and market share acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years' experience within the FMCG industry, including key roles in Brand Management
- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
- Proven track record of successfully launching new consumer brands with measurable results.
- Strong commercial acumen, and understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing principles, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in a D2C environment is a strong advantage.
