YOUR PROFILE: - Should have worked for at-least 2 years on a marketing automation tool like webengage/ moengage/ clever tap - Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills - Should be able to analyze data and make recommendations ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and optimize campaign strategies to drive customer retention and sales, including lifecycle emails, personalized triggers, and daily campaigns using different channels like whats app, sms, email, social media and other paid ad channels - Present regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance with clear recommendations - Define and implement the testing agenda for including segmentation, messaging, frequency, time of contact (day/time), personalization, etc. - Strategize and implement all campaigns and provide insights on the ROI achieved and how to improve - Reporting & Lifecycle Management - Maintain, publish, and optimize regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports that track channel and customer-level performance. - Translate reporting insights into recommendations for the marketing team and cross-functional partners on how to drive sales and increase customer performance and LTV. - Manage promotions plan - Develop new segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data and business needs. - Develop customer-facing tests to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value. - Monitor competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices.
