About the Role:

As a Marketplaces Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and optimizing performance across various eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for identifying strategic marketplaces, devising innovative marketing strategies, and managing relationships with key account managers. Your expertise in eCommerce marketing, particularly on platforms like Amazon, will drive growth and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for eCommerce and a knack for driving results, we'd love to have you on board.

Designation - Marketplaces Lead (designation basis experience)

Location: Mumbai, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify the right marketplaces to onboard on, the basis of in-depth market knowledge and research in alignment with business goals and growth strategies

- Devise unique marketing strategies to grow the business month-on-month on each marketplace

- Manage relationships with the relevant key account managers across marketplaces

- Conduct keyword research and analysis for strategic product listing optimization

- Manage listing/cataloging and go-live activities in tandem with the key account manager

- Manage POs from marketplace partners, scheduling delivery appointments, and liaise with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery

- Finalize all marketplace offers for the month and maintain a calendar of all marketplace-specific activities each month

- Set up and manage Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets on a regular basis

- Perform Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for overall account optimization

- Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development

- Track and maintain sales forecasts across all marketplaces on a monthly basis versus actual sales across (on SKU basis) across all platforms

- Managing content and collaterals per the specified guidelines across all marketplaces

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6+ years' experience with 3+ years in eCommerce/marketplaces marketing

- Hands-on experience in Amazon AMS/Seller Central ads management, analyzing amazon business reports, search term reports, etc.

- Keen analytical ability with data mining experience and excellent analysis of key e-commerce sales KPIs and trends

- Experience setting up and managing brands on eCommerce platforms

- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and on own initiative in a fast-paced start-up environment
