You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with the founders, You will drive excellence in the finance & accounts department, and also create strategic impact on the company's key decisions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall: 1) Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports 2) Driving the company's financial planning. Review planning process and suggest improvements to current methods 3) Supervise all finance & accounts personnel 4) Manage key vendor relationships Process & IT: 1) Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system 2) Determine finance & accounts KPIs Fund Raise & Investor Liaison: 1) Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure 2) Cash Flow & Treasury management 3) Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations 4) Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks 5) Reporting & MIS 6) Prepare and present current reports & forecasting reports 7) Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets Statutory & Compliance: 1) Adhere to the law and company's policies 2) Any other responsibilities identified by the company YOUR PROFILE: - Proven experience in leading a team of accounts & finance professionals - Prior experience in handling audit and due diligence conducted by Big 4 - Should be able to work with the leadership to manage investor relationships - Strong problem solving skills and willingness to take the initiative to get the job done - Strong business acumen
