WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Member of the Founding Team
- Lead pitch calls with prospective clients
- Mentor and lead sales team for client conversions
- Develop pitch strategy for the sales team
- Build and nurture relations with insurance partners
- Drive growth metrics and growth strategy of the company
- Drive collaborations and partnerships with strategic players
- Identify top channels and opportunities for growth
- Leverage industry experience to develop a sales strategy
- Identify gaps for product and process improvements
- Collaborate with the core team to achieve the company's vision
- Responsible for customer growth, acquisition, retention and up-selling

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6-10 years of sales experience (>3 years in corporate health insurance)
- Strong financial, commercial acumen with a knack for negotiations
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Passion and desire to come up with ideas
