WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Company's primary interface with the client
- Responsible for lead management and lead conversion
- Pitch HealthySure's employee health benefit products to prospective clients
- Understand prospect's needs and generate quotes from the placements team
- Develop client proposals
- Negotiate and nudge clients to make the right decision
- Hand over to client success team upon conversion for client onboarding
- Responsible for customer growth, acquisition, retention and up-selling
- Identify process and product gaps and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the core team to drive the company's mission
- Act as a mentor to other peers who join the team
- Learn how to scale a start-up from 1 to 100
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- 2-5 years of sales experience in corporate health insurance
- Strong financial, commercial acumen with a knack for negotiations
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Passion and desire to come up with ideas
