Position Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as the Head of Networks and Partnerships in the healthcare industry
- In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances, partnerships, and networks to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant organizations
- The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving successful collaborations
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including healthcare providers, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant organizations
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Establish criteria for evaluating and selecting potential partners based on strategic fit, business opportunities, and growth potential
2. Establish and Manage Strategic Alliances
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts and agreements adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing collaboration and issue resolution
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
3. Expand and Maintain Networks
- Identify and engage with industry leaders, professional organizations, and industry influencers to expand the organization's network
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and industry forums to build brand awareness and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing network connections and develop new relationships
4. Drive Innovation and Growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify innovative partnership opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product development and marketing teams, to drive collaborative innovation initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Align partnership objectives with overall organizational goals and strategies
- Communicate partnership updates, progress, and achievements to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (advanced degree will be an added advantage)
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development and management, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key players
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyse complex situations, and develop innovative solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
