Mission of the Position :

Work with schools (As per Zone) for selling HealthSetGo solutions and services and deliver a wonderful experience to clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role to schools is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new client acquisition by selling Healthsetgo solutions to premier schools and successfully achieving sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.

- Making power packed presentations to eminent educationists and influencing them to adopt path-breaking Healthsetgo Solutions

- Ensure a higher level absorption of the program by teachers and school to meet program extension and renewal target

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with schools, ensure that all services promised are delivered.

- Develop strategies to explore new regions to generate more business.

- Organizing events and seminars to promote the product and coordinate with the clients

Mandatory Requirements :

- Graduate or Postgraduate

- Excellent communication in English

- Knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus

- Previous experience in the social sector/ rural work/ development sector is a bonus

- Showcased similar work and results in a prior role is a bonus

Personal Attributes :

- Organizational skills

- Planning for project implementations and adherence to timelines

- Strategic orientation combined with operational strength/task orientation

- Consultative approach and ability to build long-term relationships

- Good influencing skills, able to persuade others to adopt specific courses of action

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and will match industry standards.
