About the Job

We are looking to hire a specialist talent acquisition who will play a pivotal role in finding, attracting, hiring, growing and retaining top talent. Preferred applicants are deadline-driven team players with outstanding multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

- Handling end to end recruitment across all levels.

- Understanding the hiring requirements and designing the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet these requirements within the lead time.

- Ensuring the talent pipeline is arranged for present and future requirements.

- Market mapping and establishing a strong industry network by utilizing professional sites.

- Assigning priorities to each project assigned, track the progress of each open job position and also the target deadlines for closure.

- Regularly following up with the candidates and ensuring selected candidates are engaged till the final offer closure.

- Planning and executing employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- Masters in Human Resource with 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Self-driven, high-energy, curious, and adaptable personality with the ability to produce high-quality work and work independently

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

- Passionate about Health and Wellness.
