Job Description: Associate Product Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our organization as an Associate Product Manager. As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product offerings. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of technology and its applications in the healthcare industry, as well as demonstrate strong business acumen.


Product Strategy and Roadmap:

- Collaborate with the product management team to define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Product Development and Execution:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to translate product requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product features and enhancements.

- Work closely with engineering on tech solutioning.

User Experience and Design:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces and experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

- Ensure adherence to design and branding guidelines to maintain a consistent user experience across the product.

Business Analysis and Performance Tracking:

- Monitor key product metrics and conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and track KPIs (key performance indicators) and product success metrics.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate product performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions, APIs, and services into the product ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Willing to work across charters and is good at multiple context grasping simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management) is required. Advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2C or healthtech-related environment.

- Strong understanding of technology and its applications.

- Excellent business sense and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira) is preferred.

- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from product metrics.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
