1. Experience : Should come with a minimum of 6 years work experience in handling Sales and marketing.
2. Software : Should be fluent in MS office especially Excel & Power Point
3. Qualification: BSc/Msc- Agriculture
4. Job Role and responsibilities:
- 5 years experience in sales and business development of horticulture products
- Should know south India well
- Ideally, someone who is in RSM level looking to grow
- Handle key clients and maintain the relationship
- Build and guide sales team and distribution network
- Reach targets
- Build vertical as a profitable business centre
- This position is for plant micronutrients targeted at horticulture farmers in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Hyderabad.
