As Healthkart embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking for someone to spearhead growth of in-house brands on India's major eCommerce marketplaces. He/She will be responsible for: - Devising and executing Channel Growth Strategy, delivering Profitability and handling end-to-end Operations - Leveraging relationship with channel partners to plan and deliver AOP - Topline and Profits, as well as to execute New Initiatives - Stakeholder Management (Both internal and external) - Brands, Operations, eCommerce Marketplaces, Finance, etc. - Effectively managing the marketing budgets for brand building activities and merchandising - Leading a team of 4-5+ to scale up online marketplace business Required Skills: Relevant experience in e-commerce industry with proven skills in category management, brand alliances, account handling, and people management Experience : Overall experience: 4-6 years Education: Engineering from Tier 1 college (MBA not mandatory)
