About the role: As Healthkart embarks on next phase of growth, we are looking for someone to head Category and Growth in Online Business team. - Responsible of B2C Online Channel Growth, Profitability and Operations Management - Responsible for Planning and delivering AOP - Topline and Profits - Responsible for growth strategy of private labels on D2C websites - Responsible for building Categories and brands across nutrition and related market - Stakeholder management - Marketing, Products, Analytics, Operations, Finance, etc. - Responsible for effectively managing the marketing budget on category / brand building activities - Responsible for leading a team of 30+ comprising of Category, Merchandising, Catalog, Digital Marketing, Retention Marketing, SEO and Digital Creatives Required Skills: Relevant experience in e-commerce industry with proven skills in category management, digital marketing and people management
