HealthKart - Product Manager

Exp: 5 - 7 Years

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 3 yrs prior experience in product development role in FMCG/Nutraceutical/pharmacy

- Comfort and interest in scientific way of product development

- Strong Alignment and coordination with R&D/scientists to craft right product formulation

- Passion in fitness is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

- Build leadership in Product Knowledge and disseminate content relevant for internal & external stakeholders

- Responsible to help conceptualise and execute the relevant product strategy

- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate domestic & international market trends, consumer / customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.

- Liaise with other organisational stakeholders to develop long Term & strategic Supplier relationships

- Help develop and lead execution of the brand plans (including communication development) to deliver the business objectives

- Cross functional liaisoning to identify product improvement opportunities

- Help develop and execute a healthy new product pipeline

- Monitor and recommend action for brand profitability
