Job Description : Product Lead-Personal Care

Role and Responsibilities:

Leading product development for the fastest growing brand at HealthKart

- Ideation & development of new products based on consumer/ competitive/ international market understanding

- Proficient in product design, formulation and development of new products ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Quality functions

- Understanding of operational & commercial requirements, working on selection of 3rd party manufacturers, driving cost/ price negotiations and documentation to enable timely and quality driven launches

- Managing strict timelines for product development & launch

- Cross-functional liaison with Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams to ensure smooth launches

- Re-engineering of existing formulations for enhanced efficacy, consumer preferences and cost optimization

- Responsible for developing and maintaining key scientific knowledge that will enable credible dissemination of scientific information

- Developing deep scientific insights for product claims

- Providing clinical data support and scientific inputs in development of all type of promotional and product related content.

Current Competencies:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Personal Care involved in novel technologies, differentiated and efficient formulations

- Knowledge of formulation development, manufacturing & evolution of various Personal Care Products.

- Ability to think out of the box. Research and Innovation mindset with a hunger to create quality & meaningful products for consumers

- Track-record of planning and launching short- & long-range projects
