Key Responsibility Areas : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic questions for the business that can be solved and champion the effectiveness of utilizing data, analytics, and insights to shape business - Translating high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical/mathematical techniques and responsible for the successful delivery of the solutions - Design, facilitate and manage a self service BI platform to provide fast, agile and secure access to the data set - Contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue + Driving operational efficiencies by use of data and analytics to impact cost and employee efficiency The ideal candidate : - Exposure to analytical tools/languages like Python, Qlik, Excel - Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to all work aspects - Self-motivated, able to deliver under deadlines and multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - 5-7 years of experience in Data mining, Machine learning & Statistical analysis.
