The distribution strategy is omni-channel with 90+ offline stores, presence in Modern Trade, General Trade and Horizontal e-commerce like Amazon, Flipkart as well as owned platform- Healthkart.com Responsibilities As Healthkart embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking for someone to spearhead growth of in-house brands on Healthkart.com. He/she will be responsible for: - Devising and executing Brand Growth Strategy - Leveraging relationship with channel partners to plan and deliver AOP - Topline and Profits, as well as to execute New Initiatives - Effectively managing the Digital marketing budgets for brand building activities and performance marketing. - Stakeholder Management (Both internal and external) - Brands, Operations, Digital Marketing, Alliances with 3rd party Required Skills: - Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry with proven skills in growing brands from scratch and digital marketing Experience : Overall experience: 3-6 years Education: Engineering from Tier 1 college (MBA not mandatory)
