Responsibilities :

- As an Assistant eCommerce Manager, the person will be responsible for online sales of the Healthkart brands on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Nykaa, etc.

- Responsible for planning & delivering monthly and yearly sales targets

- P&L responsibility for growing business on all marketplaces

- Planning offers/discounts, promotional/marketing strategies, ads and action insights from competition analysis to drive key business metrics (GMV, Conversion, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, Etc.) on marketplaces

- Analyze various data points to deliver data-driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs using weekly/monthly reports

- Maintain and leverage relationship with channel partners to execute new initiatives and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
