- Increase Distribution of brand across PAN India
- Process Driven
- Creating policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data
- Critically evaluating and screening data, plus profiling to identify any issues
- Developing new data analysis processes
- Assessing analytics on an ongoing basis
- Weekly review of sales numbers along with insights on what worked, what didn't, and next action steps
- Enable sales channels with insights on Brand
-Enable sales channels with marketing collaterals
- Analyze sales peoples' performance and coach them
- To derive consumer insights from data, identify patterns and come up with ways to retain consumers, increase top line and bottom-line.

- Data: Ability to analyze data; good excel skills
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate and project manage
- Communication: Ability to pursue, convince, troubleshoot
- Attention to Detail: Diligence and excellent work organization capabilities
