Job Description :
- 6-7 years experience in business development from a premium business school
- 1-2 years experience as MT (Management Trainee) after graduating from Tier1 IIM
- Have general management acumen and is out of the box thinker to solve business problems
- Aggression to build new business lines and is open to travel extensively (to solve geography specific problems)
- Self starter who initiates ideas, drive them to bigger outcomes through experimentation and iterations
- Identify, target, prospect, negotiate and close potential lead and be a single point of interface for all customers.
- Explore new avenues for new business expansion
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales
- Handling escalation against the query raised by clients and manager.
- Handling CRM software to manage leads and data along with daily and fortnight reporting of all performance for the entire division
- Plan help team to achieve target achievement
