Hiring for Brand Manager position for HealthKart.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting To: General Manager
Department: Brands
Location: Gurgaon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine GTM Strategy, Packages, Pricing for different sales channels - Online, Specialty Stores, MT, GT
- Develop strategic plans for consumer/trade advertisement through various media vehicles: digital, radio, print, web, and social media
- Define brand positioning and marketing strategy for various products
- Identify new product opportunities as well as brand extension and work closely with R&D team to come up with winner products
- Own the top line and bottom line targets of his/her portfolio and work closely with sales team to achieve the revenue targets
- Own few key core initiatives for the brand from end to end and work closely with cross functional teams to drive those.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key Competencies/ Skills Required:
- MBA from tier-1 B School with 2 years of brand management experience or NIFT (equivalent) graduate.
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- Tier 1 college - 2/6 years of experience with at-least a year in brand marketing
- Potential Pool - Start-ups, Core Marketing, E-commerce, General Management ( TAS ) etc.
- Basic attribute - Opportunity for fast growth and strong business judgement
