HealthKart - Brand Manager (MBA/ PGDM - Tier 1 Institute) JOB SUMMARY: - New Product Development and conceptualization. - Conduct gap analysis for product need identification. - Decision Maker for Product Range, Packaging and Label Design. - Creative Ad design for products. - Plan Product promotion campaigns. - Trade briefing content for ready reckoners. - Designing Loyalty programs for reaching new avenues &amp; markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for new product development. - Need gap analysis to spot and verify the need for a specific product in the market - Decision on target consumers, proposition, communication route for that product. - Conduct Qualitative research through marketing agencies to evaluate opportunities for that product - Primary and Secondary research to understand competitor proposition, pricing and placement - Decision on range for that product - Creation of various appropriate range names and then finalization basis survey of customers - Finalization and decision on packaging and label design - Creation of label design brief agency for final label creation - Identification, placement and compliance of various elements for label - Creation of creative brief for press and print for localized activation of that product. - Budget Planning, allocation and deployment of cost for marketing activities. - Creative ad design for products - Created creative brief for the agency for content, placement, design and other specifics of the press. MEASURES OF SUCCESS: - Collaborate with sales &amp; sales development teams to successfully increase the Direct Retail Reach of the company. - Administering a 360-degree field-based research (Consumer, Market, Sales Team) for a New Product Launch in collaboration of online and offline sales team - Collaborated with Digital &amp; Creative Agencies to run campaigns for organization to improve In-Store &amp; Social Media Presence. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Finalization of localized activation medium for promotion of products. - Development of creative for POSM of products. - Design and creation of trade briefing content for ready reckoners. - Designing framework of loyalty program for rural markets for the organization - Secondary and primary research to decide on parameters for outlet selection - Outlet selected and prioritized by designing weighted formula of relevant parameters. - Finalized the type of display program to run in top stores - Evaluating existing and new options of payout mechanisms in the market. MINIMUM EDUCATION: - PGDM (Brand Management) from any Tier I Institute MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: - At least 4 to 5 years of related experience in a similar role including collaboration with cross functions and driving business objectives.
