JOB SUMMARY: - Sourcing and Screening of CV's received through Vendors; Portals, employee referral and other sources. - Job Posting on Naukri / LinkedIn / IIM Jobs / other job sites, post approval from Staffing Manager; - First HR Interview - Ensuring all interviews with Business Heads and HRBPs; - Reference Check - to be conducted for all selected candidates (Band C and Below); - Offer Documentation - collect docs required for offer generation, and share along with completed Reference Check Form, with HRBP for compensation and DOJ finalization; - Pre-Joining Connect - Connect with offered candidate post offer acceptance and share a report (Red, Amber, Green) with regards to joining of the candidate. - BGV Process Champion - Ensure documentation for initiating BGV on date of joining. - BGV Initiation - Upload all relevant documents on vendor portal and get BGV of new joinee initiated. - Management of Invoices and Vendor Payments for Staffing vendors KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managed end-to end-Talent Acquisition across all levels for sales functions. - Conversant in handling Middle and Senior level hiring, meeting internal manpower requirement for PAN India.(Bulk Sales Hiring per month ) - Stakeholder Management with minimal escalation - Ensuring closure of all Open positions of the region within the desired timelines - Deploying Competitive hiring practices & reducing cost of hire (Job portals, Referrals, Vendor Management, IJP- s, Social & Professional networking, head hunting) by maintaining consistent pool of candidates - Responsible for working very closely with Business Leaders to develop the Talent Strategy to meet the current and emerging business needs. - Build strong relationships with permanent staff and Associates with a view to generating referrals, actively promoting the employee referrals. - For all the selected candidates, mandatory documentation is done as per the checklist and offer letter is generated post necessary approvals. - Initiating Background Verification check with the vendor for all new joiners. - Campus Hiring - Planning and execution - Plan and execute recruitment drive at all locations/branches - Conducting recruitment activities in the branch on weekly basis - Coordinate with the candidate for pre joining connects and sending mailers requesting for back papers. - Ensure documentation for initiating BGV on date of joining of the candidate. - Upload all relevant documents on vendor portal and get BGV of new joinee initiated. - Management of invoices and payments for staffing vendors - Would have to intimate on the status of positions worked to reporting manager, staffing manager, HOD MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Sourcing TAT to be met as per the defined guidelines Cost of Hire Time to fill positions (New / Replacements) Quality of Hire JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION: - Any Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: - At least 4 to 5 years of related experience in a recruiter role managing bulk sales recruitments/drives and managing closures within TAT. - Should be comfortable interacting with HOD s for managing drives, position status etc.
