Designation AM/ Manager
Role - Online Sales (Growth & Operations)
Department - Online Business (eCommerce Business)
Job Location- Gurgaon Sector-14 (Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for online sales of the HealthKart brands on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Nykaa, etc.
- Responsible for planning & delivering monthly and yearly sales targets
- P&L responsibility for growing business on all marketplaces
- Planning offers/discounts, promotional/marketing strategies, ads and action insights from competition analysis to drive key business metrics (GMV, Conversion, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces
- Analyse various data points to deliver data-driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs using weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain and leverage relationship with channel partners to execute new initiatives and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience & Skill set required:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Online sales on various E-commerce Marketplace plus P/L Management.
- Experience in developing and overseeing marketplace sales
- Knowledge of ads-based marketing on eCommerce platforms is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Sound interpersonal skills and hands-on approach to problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
