We aspire to be a leading health and fitness platform across the globe Key Responsibilities: - We are seeking an Executive Assistant with experience in executive support and operations to help leverage our leadership and back our ever-growing team. - Assist primarily the CEO with organizational, financial and personal administration daily. - Conducting detailed research and prepare background information for key business meeting/decisions. - Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. - Email management for Director, keep track of correspondence and ensure that all correspondence is dealt with appropriately and quickly. - Work with the Director to manage his/her calendar/ schedules, coordinating his travel itineraries. - Maintain effective liaison with all divisions and departments within the firm. - Plan, organize and manage staff meetings to be attended by the Director, prepare MOM and follow up on the tasks/ action decided in the meetings - Ensure that key dates and events are highlighted to the Director ahead of time. - Prepare important MIS reports and Power Point Presentations for the management. - Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information. - Filter general information, handling queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or forwarding such contact as appropriate. - Facilitating and managing logistics for key events and projects to include: onsite/offsite employee functions, team building, all-hands meetings, performance reviews, operational planning meetings and space allocation. - Coordinate internal and external meetings greets visitor/ arrange logistics for the meeting/ setting up meeting rooms, VC &amp; Conference calls etc. Timely reminder of the meeting schedule. You fit the bill if you have: - Masters in Business Administration - Minimum 2 years of related work experience as an Executive Assistant role - Advanced problem solving and planning skills to manage deliverables and timelines - Superb organizational skills to manage high-level communication with both internal and external stakeholders - Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, driven, motivated to -continually learn, the role has a deep career runway - Ability to successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected --communications &amp; challenges in order to deliver stellar results - Strong MS Office skills, specifically strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint Join HealthifyMe and make History !
