HealthifyMe - Product Manager

Job Role:

1. Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with our goals and strategies.

2. Work closely with other functions to identify pain-points that can be addressed through technology.

3. Initiate and prioritize projects, and assist in determining the best implementation methods

4. Evaluate complex systems, design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions

5. Passionately Own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance and adoption

Requirements:

1. Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally

2. Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.

3. Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience

4. You're entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment

5. Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project

6. You're passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best

7. You're fluent in English and are a confident communicator

8. Experience as a software engineer/developer and working with distributed teams are highly desired.
