HealthifyMe - Operations & Strategy Associate

HealthifyMe is seeking an ambitious Operations & Strategy Associate,

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the leaders of the sales & operations teams and coordinate with them to derive key business insights

- Be the owner of handling all analytical tasks spanning operations teams

- Should be able to co-own some of the operational processes in a large team setting.

- Post each major event, collate information, and present data in a cohesive succinct manner such as to evolve the construct significantly with each iteration

- Understand the performance of various teams - basis several key parameters on a day to day basis

Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications

- MBA (ideal not mandatory)

- 1-3 years in an analytical business facing role

- Hands on experience with SQL + MS Excel

- Should have a knack for understanding business processes

- An ability to ask the right questions & to mathematically arrive at conclusions

- Metrics driven with good understanding of systems, products, measurements & tracking

- Strong communication skills

- Strong coordination skills & comfortable with cross functioning amongst teams & key stakeholders

- Should be able to manage a small team if & when required.

- Be able to drive teams to achieve certain business goals & KRAs
