Job Summary: HealthifyMe is looking to hire an ambitious sales leader who has demonstrated success in building and leading high performing teams. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive our rapidly growing business through the sales team and help it achieve larger scale. - Hire, build and drive a high performing sales team - Own and hit/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. - In-depth knowledge and experience in growing and running large Inside Sales/Tele-sales teams. - Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure increased sales and brand consistency. - Maintain robust telephony/auto-dialling systems that are built for scale. Must have prior experience in handling complex auto dialler systems - Design structured sales processes across the teams with the implementation of robust CRM systems - Design and implement sales targets for the team and identify improvements needed in sales processes. - Create a strong quality management and coaching framework within the team. - Consistently evaluate the teams capabilities, providing training and motivation to achieve targets. - Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans. - Ensure that the company meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability goals. Desired skills & experience: - Overall 10+ years of experience in a sales environment with 5+ years of experience in handling large teams - Excellent Data Interpretation &amp; Excel/Spreadsheet skills - Previous experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams across marketing, services, engineering, product, data science and customer success. - Results oriented professional with good relationship skills - In-depth knowledge and experience in sales with excellent closing and negotiation skills - History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment - Excellent business and people judgment capabilities - Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources - Enthusiastic about increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships - Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor whenever necessary Compensation and benefits: HealthifyMe offers successful candidates an outstanding compensation package with uncapped incentives.
