As the Engagement Manager, you will be introducing digital corporate wellness to organisations across India. You will be the key stakeholder and relationship manager for HealthifyMe's corporate accounts and you will work with your own team comprising an account manager, project manager and operations associates to operationalize corporate wellness programmes with our clients. Your performance will be assessed based on the number of renewals and corporate clients added to the pipeline.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Leading the entire business development cycle by generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing and negotiating with clients  2. Be the primary point of contact with corporate clients and key stakeholder manager from the project pitching stage to the end of the project lifecycle  3. Give high-level direction to your project team and monitor their progress and the health of a client on a regular basis  4. Drive revenue from the existing accounts by ensuring renewal of accounts  5. Streamline operations and processes with respect to the sales lifecycle for a corporate client  6. Ideate marketing activities identified for the corporate to help in brand building and generating additional revenue  Skills:  1. Having 7 - 10 years of industry experience in a senior analytical or associate role  2. Strong leadership skills and experience having lead teams  3. Proven track record of sales and account management skills  4. Top of the line communication and presentation skills  5. "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude  6. Strong network of HR / Management level executives is a bonus  7. Understanding of HealthifyMe's product, strategic and competitive position  8. A keen interest in the digital health & wellness space  9. Background in Health tech / corporate wellness initiatives categories is an added advantage
