What would you do? - Grow the company top-line- Build strong brand relationships- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the leadership team - Contribute to the development of the sales plan and forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals - Identify and close new logos and companies as clients and strategic partners - Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies - Conduct industry specific market study and competitor analysis to establish and re-establish team priorities - You will be managing a sales team in order to maximise sales revenue and meet or exceed the sales goals. - You will develop, train &amp; coach the sales team, educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings - Understand brand requirements and bring feedback for product improvement - Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales, making recommendations, and managing the delivery for Enterprise clients What we expect Who should apply ? - If you have 8+ years of sales experience - preferably should have prior experience of solution selling, including, but not limited to Internet, Digital, Social CRM, Media, Cloud Services, ORM Solutions and Software. - If you want to work with a growth phase enterprise tech startup. - If you are smart, ambitious and you believe you are a go getters with whatever it takes attitude to achieve your goal. - Experience in selling to CXOs and large enterprises. - Must be based out of Bangalore What do we look for? - Proven track record of driving and closing large enterprise deals - Proficiency in the sales processes and account/territory planning - Proficiency in solution selling in complex sales cycles with C-Level interaction and strong closing skills - Capable of driving sales process, proposal writing and contract negotiation - Connect and actively engage with key influencers and decision makers inside an organization - Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills - Outstanding customer focused account management skills - Ability to travel is a must - Must be willing to work in a growing start up, and the challenges that come with it.
