HealthifyMe - Associate Product Manager/Product Manager

Job Role:

- Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with our goals and strategies.

- Work closely with other functions to identify pain-points that can be addressed through technology.

- Initiate and prioritize projects, and assist in determining the best implementation methods

- Evaluate complex systems, design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions

- Passionately Own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance, and adoption

Requirements:

- Successful track record in planning, developing, and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally

- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.

- Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience

- You're entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment

- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project

- You're passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best

- You're fluent in English and are a confident communicator

- Experience as a software engineer/developer and working with distributed teams are highly desired.
