Job Summary HealthifyMe is looking to hire a driven and ambitious sales leader who has demonstrated success in building and leading a high performing sales team. The Associate Director Inside Sales will be responsible for generating sales from new and existing clients. Our ideal leaders are self-starters who embrace ambiguity, think big, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence. Key Roles and Responsibilities : - Drive our rapidly growing business through the inside sales team and help it achieve larger scale. - Own and hit/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets - Develop a strong inside sales strategy with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships while generating sales from new leads. - Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure increased sales and brand consistency. - Design and implement sales targets for the team and identify improvements needed in sales processes. - Consistently evaluate the team's capabilities, providing training and motivation to achieve targets. - Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans. - Ensure that company meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability goals. - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Desired skills &amp; experience : - Results oriented professional with good relationship skills - In-depth knowledge and experience in sales with excellent closing and negotiation skills - Excellent business and people judgment capabilities - Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources Compensation and benefits : - HealthifyMe offers successful candidates an outstanding compensation package with uncapped incentives.
