What you will do:

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance department.

- Monitoring and analyzing accounts data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Manage and control the daily operations of the Finance department including Statutory auditing, payroll and utilities, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, treasury and budgeting.

- You will be managing the treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting and capital assets reconciliations.

- You will be monitoring fixed asset activity, debt activity and analysing the accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual audits and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams

What you need to have:

- Proven experience of more than 7 years of working in a Finance team.

- Proven working experience as CA Manager or relevant role.

- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- An analytical mind who has worked with the Big 4 organizations.
