About the role We've been growing profitably (3X y-o-y) and want to double down to accelerate. We are looking for an entrepreneurial product specialist who can chart out and drive product strategy for ambitious versions of healthi's core platform. You will partner with engineering to chart the platform's evolution to effectively deliver stellar business and product outcomes. There won't be a dull day - opportunities encompass optimizing performance of web and mobile applications, building robust data pipelines, personalization through rules-based recommendation engines, transaction processing and security, among others. About you : - Love first principles thinking - Data driven, analytical and thorough - Can communicate well and with empathy - 2-5 years of experience in successfully building SaaS, CRM or other enterprise data/ transaction platforms - Good experience with and understanding of development of cloud hosted applications, data pipelines and API-driven development - Comfortable with technology and/or have a strong technical background coupled with deep experience in partnering and collaborating with product engineering teams.
