Overall Purpose of Job

Extensive work experience in delivering consulting engagements.

Responsibilities/Authorities

- Engagement Management: Good client facing and delivery skills

- Domain Development: Hospital operations/procurement/lean processes

Experience

- Candidate should be having good work experience in hospital/provider setting.

A minimum of 1-8 years of consulting experience or deep industry experience

- In addition to Medical/Provider background, Business and data analysis understanding to understand client business challenges, Industry structure

- Exposure to Health IT, EMR's would be an advantage

- MBBS, MBA or MHA from a Tier 1 college. (Doctors preferred).

Key Competencies & Characteristics:

- The individual must be comfortable working at higher levels of client organizations.

- The individual must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven

- Should be able to understand at high level offerings in the healthcare space and be able to carry out the first conversation without assistance from consulting personnel.
