Healthcare Founder - CEO

Who is This For: Successful, mid-career (10+ yr) management executives in the healthcare domain, looking to setup and lead their own ventures, but unsure about where to start and how to begin.

What This Is: A 3-month hands-on program to partner with Venture Factory's in-house experts, to prove yourself and get seed-funded by Venture Factory.

Pre-Requisites: Healthcare domain experience, proven execution ability and P&L experience. It is ok to apply even if you do not have a validated business idea, but have been exploring some.

Do Not Apply If: you are looking for job changes, have passing interest in startups, are not confident of proving yourself in a short period of time. Startup creation is a very demanding process and has high failure rates. Candidates unable to demonstrate capability may not complete this program.

About The Program

The Founder-CEO bootcamp at Venture Factory is a unique program designed to help mid-career executives build Billion dollar ventures. Venture Factory has created a Factory-Like process for first-timers to develop breakthrough ideas, test them rapidly, determine the right product-market fit and build a business with the right fundamentals and faster time to market. At Venture Factory, you network and collaborate with other Startup-CEOs and full-time in-house experts. You'll utilize the company's extensive network and resources. The Venture Factory process enables the right candidates to prove their business cases within 3 months, receive seed funding and follow-on funding if deemed necessary.

We are looking for people who routinely approach challenges with a "don't get ready, get started" mentality, and like wearing multiple hats, being hands-on builder, and being part of a creative and entrepreneurial environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Alumnus of a premium institute

- Domain expertise in Helathcare domain

- 10+ yrs in Product Management, Operations, Strategy & Leadership

- Minimum of 3 year in outward facing roles: Sales, strategy, biz-dev

- P&L experience

- Proven track record in bringing new ideas to life

- Strong and effective communication skills

- Talent to navigate thought uncertainty and ambiguity

- People Management Skills - must have managed direct reporting teams

Compensation

- Cash compensation

- Founder-level equity

- Ability to earn 20 to 50 times annual salary in 2-3 years. Unique opportunity
