Summary of Role:
Designing the Process
- Transactional & Strategic quality for Adopting best practices, ensuring meeting of SLA's, Drive process improvement and other quality tools for process performance measurement and standardization.
- Prepare & compile various weekly/monthly reports pertaining to process and productivity.
- Analyze complex issues and proactively resolve problems.
- Create, Control and Review process to prevent, detect and fix any risk.
- Propose and implement improvement in the CSAT, CRM, and Customer Feedback.
