Retention Marketing Lead
- Define the product vision, the product roadmap & customer journey within the product, which could be both Web and App.
- Understand the funnel metrics & design the cross-sell, up-sell campaigns with content strategy to improve the repeat rate, repurchase rate & lifetime value of the users.
- Identifying cohorts that are likely to churn, cohorts that are interested in a specific product category, etc. and finding ways to engage with them in a meaningful way.
- Plan & execute targeted campaign strategies across multiple customer channels of WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Push Notifications.
- Be highly data driven and customer focused to understand opportunities for improvement through primary & secondary sources of data, surveys and customer connect.
- You will also be actively working with Business stakeholders, UI/UX Design team, Analytics, and Tech teams to identify growth opportunities throughout the entire company and implement the same through Tech Features.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth experience in B2C or healthcare brands would be preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment and can meet deadlines under tight time constraints
- Great problem-solving skills and an analytical mind to work through complex user problems.
- Demonstrated Experience in working with marketing automation (Marchtech) and email marketing tools anyone (Clever tap, Web engage, Mo engage)
- Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics with hands-on working knowledge with data in excel / sql / bi tools.
